Capital Program

Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council Enhanced Technical Services Unit provides support to the 14 Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council First Nations communities located on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. These efforts are developed in conjunction with each Nation to help improve Infrastructure and Housing conditions on reserve. The program assists communities with the development and implementation of infrastructure, housing, and operations and maintenance initiatives, while also being responsible for the development of programs as laid out by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC).

Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council Capital Program also offers capacity development and advisory services to First Nations members including development and management of; centralized GIS database, Five Year Capital Program Plans (FNIIP), Capital and Housing funding submissions, project management, and document preparation and filing.
