Come trick or treat from office to office at our NTC health department at 4841 Redford St. We will have the place decorated with staff handing out candy. Then proceed through the building to end up at the CYS _ Early Years Program area to enjoy their Halloween Dance. Dress up in your Halloween costumes and come say hello.
